All rates are quoted ZAR and include VAT (or otherwise indicated).

CHILD POLICY:

2-4 yr olds : stay and eat for free if sharing bed with parents. 

5- 11 yr olds: Pay 50% of adults rates , they can be accommodated on stretch beds in certain rooms

12 Years and older Considered as adults and accommodated in their own rooms.

For certain activities children might be required to pay a full adult rate as they occupy a full seat. conservation fees or entrance fees are usually lower.

Upon confirmation of a booking, a 50% deposit is required.

30 days prior to arrival, full pre-payment is due.

CANCELLATIONS: ROOM & TOURS 

All Cancellations must be sent in writing to reservations. Penalties are calculated on the total cost of stay or tour

All no shows will be charged 100% of the total value of the booking.

Days prior to arrival/ Tour:

cancellation Fee 60 to 31 Days: 50% of total value of the booking.

Cancellation Fee 30 Days or less:  100% of the total value of the booking.
