With three nights at Kholiwe on Kruger, guided safari experiences, relaxed lodge time and the natural beauty of Marloth Park around you, this itinerary gives you a memorable taste of Kruger at an easy pace.
Day 1
Pick-Up & Arrival
Arrive at Kholiwe on Kruger Lodge or arrange a transfer from Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport, O.R. Tambo International Airport, Johannesburg or Nelspruit.
After check-in, enjoy a light meal and take time to settle in.
Spend the afternoon relaxing at the lodge, cooling off at the pool or taking in the surrounding bushveld. The pool area is close to a watering hole where guests may spot wildlife such as zebra, kudu and giraffe.
Dinner is served in the evening, with outdoor dining under the African sky when weather allows.
Day 2
Kruger National Park Morning & Afternoon Game Drives
Start early with a morning open-vehicle safari in Kruger National Park, usually from approximately 05h30 to 09h30.
Return to Kholiwe for breakfast, followed by time to relax, enjoy the lodge facilities or walk around Marloth Park.
Lunch or high tea is served before your afternoon Kruger game drive, usually from approximately 15h00 to 18h30.
Dinner is served at the lodge on your return.
Day 3
Eswatini Day Tour
After breakfast, depart on a scenic cross-border day tour into Eswatini.
Please remember to bring your passport, as this is an international border crossing.
During the day, you may visit a cultural village, enjoy a traditional performance, explore a craft market with pots, garments, curios and artwork, and take in the beautiful scenery of the Kingdom of Eswatini.
After the tour, return to Kholiwe for dinner and a relaxed evening at the lodge.
Day 4
Breakfast & Departure
Enjoy your final breakfast at the lodge before check-out.
Settle any outstanding extras before departing. Transfers to the airport, Johannesburg, Nelspruit or your hotel can be arranged on request.
