Day 1
Pick-Up & Arrival
Arrive at Kholiwe on Kruger Lodge or arrange a transfer from Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport, O.R. Tambo International Airport, Johannesburg or Nelspruit.
After check-in, enjoy a light snack or lunch, depending on your arrival time.
Spend the afternoon settling into your room, relaxing around the pool or enjoying the lodge’s bushveld surroundings. The pool area is close to a watering hole where guests may spot wildlife such as zebra, kudu and giraffe.
Dinner is served at approximately 19h00, followed by a brief introduction to the lodge and an overview of the activities planned for your stay.
Day 2
Kruger National Park Morning & Afternoon Game Drives
Start early with coffee and rusks before departing on a morning open-vehicle game drive in Kruger National Park.
The morning safari usually ends at approximately 09h30, after which you return to Kholiwe for breakfast.
The rest of the morning is yours to relax, enjoy the lodge facilities or spend time beside the pool. Lunch is served at approximately 13h00.
At 16h00, depart for an afternoon Kruger game drive, usually ending at approximately 18h00.
Return to the lodge for dinner and a relaxed evening.
Day 3
Day 3:
Marloth Park Bush Walk & Sunset Drive
Head out early for a sunrise bush walk in Marloth Park.
After your walk, return to the lodge for a hearty breakfast and some time to rest.
Spend the late morning at leisure, relax at the pool, enjoy the lodge facilities or take in the quiet bushveld setting.
Lunch is served at approximately 13h30.
At 16h00, depart on a 2-hour sunset game drive in Marloth Park, including sundowner drinks along the Crocodile River.
Return to the lodge for dinner and time to share the day’s stories with fellow guests.
Day 4
Eswatini Day Tour
After breakfast, depart on a scenic cross-border day tour into Eswatini.
Please remember to bring your passport, as this is an international border crossing.
The day may include a visit to a cultural village, traditional performances, a craft market with pots, garments, curios and artwork, and scenic landscapes across the Kingdom of Eswatini.
Return to Kholiwe in the evening for dinner and relaxation.
Day 5
Kruger Night Drive
Start the day with breakfast and enjoy a slower morning at the lodge.
You can explore the surrounding area, relax beside the pool or ask about additional activities available during your stay.
Lunch is served at approximately 13h30.
After lunch, spend the afternoon at leisure. Dinner is served at the lodge before heading out on a guided night game drive under the African sky.
This is a chance to experience the bush after dark, when the sounds, movement and atmosphere shift completely.
Day 6
Marloth Park Sunset Drive
Enjoy breakfast and a relaxed morning at the lodge.
Spend time around the pool, enjoy the facilities or take in the surrounding bushveld at your own pace.
Lunch is served at approximately 13h30.
At 16h00, depart on another 2-hour Marloth Park sunset drive, including sundowner drinks along the Crocodile River.
Return to Kholiwe for your final dinner at the lodge.
Day 7
Day 7:
Breakfast & Departure
Enjoy your final breakfast at Kholiwe while taking in the views and sounds of the bush one last time.
Check out and settle any outstanding extras before departure.
Transfers to Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport, O.R. Tambo International Airport, Johannesburg, Nelspruit or your hotel can be arranged on request.
